mail order business based in Sydney delivering professional products
Australia-wide (and world-wide!) We usually have all products on this
site in stock and delivery for
most items is via courier or Express Post/Registered Mail depending upon the item. For
larger items (over 1m in length), please provide a physical delivery address (not PO Box) as
we cannot send these items by post. All orders are usually processed
same day and delivery time is typically 1-2 days for major centres and
2-7 days for regional areas (depending upon delivery location). In the
unlikely event that we are out of stock, we will immediately notify you
of expected delivery time.
Payment can
be made by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, cheque, money
order or direct deposit. If you are a Government department or body, or
a public listed company, we will automatically provide a 30 day credit
account. Orders can be placed by telephone, fax, mail or by using our
secure online ordering facility.

which are normally held in stock (including spares). We won’t list
products that we don’t normally hold in stock. Our products are also field tested on our own timber
plantations in northern NSW (some pictures of our plantations can be

We think this makes us unique, as we can provide expert advice and
service as well as giving first hand experience on the use of the
products. For our more expensive items, we can provide evaluation and
rental units – please contact us for further information.
We offer a 7
day money back guarantee on all products sold. If you buy any product
from us and it isn't what you expected or wanted, simply return it to us
in original condition (unused) within 7 days and we will refund the
purchase price (excluding delivery charges). If the product has been
used we will refund your purchase price (excluding delivery charges)
less 20%, as we will be unable to resell this item as new.

Prepaid
orders can be collected from our office/warehouse in Roseville by prior
arrangement. We do not have a showroom or retail store to view products.
