Professional hookeroon designed for moving logs, firewood and timber boards. Forged tool steel tapered pick head, hand sharpened and hydraulically seated onto handle and secured with a serrated aluminium wedge. Heat treated working ends produce fine grain structure and RC 45-55 Rockwell hardeness value for safety, edge holding and toughness. American hickory handle, with eye section dried to below 10% moisture content to minimise shrinkage and help prevent loosening. Total length 87cm with 12cm long hook. Weight 1.6kg.
