We ship only to addresses within Australia. We do not ship internationally.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a correct shipping address is provided. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package goes missing, Forestry Tools will not be liable for losses.
Our shipping rates are fixed based on order value, but certain freight surcharges apply to items that are heavy, bulky or oversize:
- all items over 105cm in length are subject to an oversize shipping surcharge, which is noted in the item description. This is in addition to the flat shipping charge below
- heavy/bulky items such as tree guards, bamboo, stakes, seedling trays are subject to a per item surcharge as noted in the product description. This is in addition to the flat shipping charge below.

Total shipping charges (including any surcharges) are calculated automatically at the checkout.
We do not make money from shipping. Australia Post and couriers have increased their shipping charges significantly over the past couple of years and in most cases it actually costs us more than what we charge.
Orders are shipped by Australia Post except where an item exceeds 105cm in length. For orders that include an item over 105cm in length we must ship by courier and the delivery address cannot be a PO Box, a parcel locker or a Post Office.
Orders placed by 1pm Sydney time on a business day are usually shipped that day. Shipment notification and tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.
