Weed Mats 500x500mm

Permeable and degradable 100% polypropylene non woven fabric weed mat. Hydrophilic treatment allows greater air and moisture penetration through to the mat to the surface below, while blocking weed growth. Aerobic conditions of the soil are maintained due to excellent air penetration through the mat. UV stabilised providing up to 3-4 years in full sun or 6-8 years if covered. Registered as an Allowed Input (AI 452) with the BFA (Biological Farmers of Australia. No harmful toxins or heavy metals released when mat breaks down. Size: 500mmx500mm with precut holes for stakes and slit for tree.
